📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days nationwide (unless customized order)

  • Remote or outlying areas may take up to 10 business days.

  • All orders are delivered door-to-door.

💰 Shipping Rates

  • FREE Shipping on orders over R600 (automatic discount at checkout).

  • Flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders under R600 (calculated at checkout).

🌍 Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver anywhere within South Africa.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • Couriers deliver during working hours (Monday–Friday). If you’re not available, they may arrange redelivery.

  • FaithFit SA is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, strikes, or natural events beyond our control — but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
