At FaithFit SA, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a full 30-day returns policy with free return shipping. Shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind every product we deliver.

✅ Our 30-Day Promise

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

🚚 Free Return Shipping

  • FaithFit SA covers all return shipping costs — you will never pay to send an item back.

  • We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange courier collection for your convenience.

💰 Refund Options

  • Full Refund – credited back to your original payment method.

  • Exchange – swap your item for another product of equal value.

  • Store Credit – receive a FaithFit Gift Card to use anytime in our store.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare or self-care products (e.g., acne patches).

  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., customized tumblers, bottles).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
